Description
This personalized goldfinch mug shows a bright yellow American Goldfinch in a field hat, boots and green binoculars among wildflowers under the words Bird Nerd, with any name printed on the back. Choose 11 oz, 11 oz with a black handle, or 15 oz glossy white ceramic. It is dishwasher and microwave safe and sublimation printed to order in our Henniker, New Hampshire studio.
Is it a good gift for someone who watches their feeder every morning? Yes. Goldfinches are regulars at thistle and sunflower feeders, so this mug suits the person who keeps the nyjer feeder full and their coffee by the kitchen window.
About the Design
Linda’s goldfinch wears a small field hat and boots, perched among pink and purple wildflowers with Bird Nerd arched above. Fun fact: American Goldfinches nest later than almost any other North American songbird, waiting until thistle and milkweed go to seed in midsummer.
