Description

If you're planning to cast a line, launch a canoe, or dip so much as a toe into an Indiana lake with suspicious ripples, this Beast of Busco Permit Card belongs in your pocket. First reported in Churubusco, Indiana, this supersized snapping-turtle-turned-legend has inspired decades of lake gossip, binocular stakeouts, and fishing stories that absolutely got out of hand.

Printed on a premium metal wallet card, this permit grants you semi-official authority to investigate mysterious splashes, missing bait, or that unmistakable feeling something large just brushed past your kayak. Flash it at the dock, keep it in your tackle box, or hand it to the fishing buddy who swears they almost caught it once.

For most walls, a 9x12 in or 12x18 in sign works well as a focal point, while 16x24 in and larger suit bigger walls or garage doors. Smaller 6x6 in or 8x8 in sizes are popular for mailboxes, gates, or gift-sized pieces — check the size chart on each listing for exact placement guidance.
With their UV-protective coating and rustproof aluminum construction, our signs are built to stay vibrant outdoors for years through sun, rain, and snow without fading, cracking, or rusting.
