Description
A fitting gift for readers who prefer daylight, this library art print is available as an aluminum metal print (4x6 to 20x30 in) or archival fine art paper print (4x6 to 24x30 in), made to order in the USA, suited to sunrooms and bright reading corners.
It shows a woman in a flowing white dress reading by a sunlit window, trees visible outside and books stacked around her — the only piece in the reading cluster set in daylight rather than lamplight or candlelight, warmer and more open. The soft daylight holds its brightness against the white fabric for years.
Does this print come framed? No. Every print ships unframed. Frames and styling shown in the photos are for display only and are not included.
Why does daylight change the mood of a reading scene so much? Natural light removes the sense of secrecy or solitude that lamplight and candlelight both carry, turning a private nighttime ritual into an ordinary, unguarded afternoon.
