Smaller prints are shipped flat in sturdy fiberboard mailers or boxes, while larger archival paper prints are gently rolled and secured in durable protective tubes. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped, making the delivery process easy to follow.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
