Description

This raven mug reads Not Everyone Wants a Normal Day, Some of Us Are Just Out Here Looking for a Good Murder, beside a black raven perched on books marked Poe and True Crime, with a skull and crossbones mug, a dagger and a magnifying glass below. Printed on both sides in 11 oz, 11 oz with a black handle, or 15 oz white ceramic.

What does looking for a good murder mean? It is a bird pun. A flock of crows is called a murder, so the line works for birders and true crime fans at once, and ravens are the crow’s larger cousins.

About the Design

Vintage serif lettering in black and deep red stacks beside the bird, with small scroll dividers and the closing line True Crime. Dark Coffee. Zero Regrets. along the bottom. Fun fact: crows and ravens can recognize individual human faces and remember people who treated them badly for years.
