Description

This Kraken sign brings vintage caution-sign humor to cabins, garages, and fence lines, printed directly on heavy gauge aluminum for a bold design that resists fading and rust outdoors. Fun fact: modern pop culture — from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea to Pirates of the Caribbean — has repeatedly reimagined the Kraken as a ship-destroying giant octopus or squid.

It's a favorite gift for Kraken fans and cryptid hunters who want real outdoor durability, not a flimsy tin sign that fades in a season. Every sign is made to order and custom-imprinted in our Henniker, New Hampshire studio.

Does this sign come with mounting holes? Yes – every size ships with or without pre-drilled mounting holes on the shorter ends, your choice at checkout.

Is this sign safe to hang outdoors? Yes, it's rustproof, UV-protected aluminum built to handle sun, rain, and snow for years without fading.

For most walls, a 9x12 in or 12x18 in sign works well as a focal point, while 16x24 in and larger suit bigger walls or garage doors. Smaller 6x6 in or 8x8 in sizes are popular for mailboxes, gates, or gift-sized pieces — check the size chart on each listing for exact placement guidance.
With their UV-protective coating and rustproof aluminum construction, our signs are built to stay vibrant outdoors for years through sun, rain, and snow without fading, cracking, or rusting.
