What is a cyclops? A cyclops is a one eyed giant from Greek mythology. The most famous is Polyphemus, who traps Odysseus and his crew in his cave in Homer’s Odyssey until Odysseus blinds him and escapes clinging to the bellies of his sheep.

Is it a good fit for a classroom? Yes. It suits the door of an English or history classroom covering the Odyssey or Greek myths, and the 12×18 inch size reads easily from the back of the room.
