SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Each sign is carefully packaged in an extra-rigid fiberboard mailer to help prevent bending or damage during shipping. Orders are printed and packaged within 3–5 business days, with shipping times varying by location and carrier. Tracking information is provided once your sign ships.

We ship Monday through Friday (business days only). During busy seasons such as holidays, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer due to higher shipping volumes.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50, including Alaska and Hawaii.
For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate shipping of $5.95 anywhere in the United States.
Free and flat rate shipping do not apply to APO/FPO or international orders, where shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Because many of our products are made just for you, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Yes! Many of our products offer personalization options, such as adding a name, custom text, or special details depending on the item.
