Smaller prints are shipped flat in extra-rigid fiberboard mailers or sturdy boxes, while larger archival paper prints are gently rolled and placed inside protective tubes. A confirmation email with tracking details is provided once your order ships, giving you peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
