Smaller prints ship flat in sturdy fiberboard mailers or boxes, while larger archival paper prints are gently rolled and secured in durable shipping tubes. Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be provided so you can follow your package with ease.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
