SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Small prints ship flat in rigid fiberboard mailers or sturdy boxes, while larger prints are rolled and shipped in protective tubes. All domestic orders include tracking so you can monitor your delivery from our studio to your home.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
