Packaging & Shipping
Each sign is made to order and carefully packaged in an extra-rigid fiberboard mailer or heavy-duty box to prevent damage during shipping. Orders are printed and shipped from our Henniker, NH studio, with tracking provided on every order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and packaging.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
