Standard sizes ship in rigid mailers with cardboard pads so nothing bends in transit. Paper prints 12x18 in and larger ship in protective tubes, and metal prints 16x24 in and larger ship boxed. Every order ships USPS Ground or Priority with tracking, printed and shipped from Henniker, NH, USA.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
