Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid fiberboard mailers, while larger prints may be rolled and shipped in protective tubes for safe delivery. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Photo props not included.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
