To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns on personalized or customized items. Please verify the spelling on your order before placing.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges on non-personalized/custom items. Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products unless they arrive defective or damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once item is prepared, the estimated shipping time for North America is 3-5 business days. Actual shipping time can be delayed by events beyond our control.
