I gladly accept exchanges on non-personalized/custom items. Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products unless they arrive defective or damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once item is prepared, the estimated shipping time for North America is 3-5 business days. Actual shipping time can be delayed by events beyond our control.

Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
